Speaking of finances...

OK, we weren't speaking directly about finances, but on Friday, the Company Girls each shared ways that we live frugally.  On Sunday we had a guest speaker at church.  His sermon was titled, "God's Economic Plan." (You can view the sermon by clicking on the link.)  It was very solid Biblical advice for our finances, so I thought I would share the handout:

My husband handles our joint finances (thankfully!) and is a committed saver...so much so that sometimes I have to remind him we will need to have some money for "incidentals" ... you know, like FOOD, toilet paper, shampoo, deodorant, etc.  Because he doesn't do much of the shopping, he forgets that these things don't just automatically restock themselves. :)  He is a very hard worker and does a GREAT job with the finances - I am blessed and very grateful!

Have a wonderful week!

Thank you for sharing. I'll try to listen to it. You are so blessed that your husband handles it all.
I had mentioned a bread recipe on my blog it is from a book that a friend loaned me. You might check your library I think it has been very popular "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day". I have the base recipe and LOVE it.
